Residential snow removal in Thornhill, Concord and Bathurst Manor

ISR Gardening Inc. clears driveways, walkways and front steps for homeowners between Dufferin and Yonge, from Highway 407 down to Sheppard. That is Thornhill, Concord and the Bathurst Manor and Westminster streets on the Toronto side of Steeles. We keep the route tight on purpose: a crew that only has to cover a few square kilometres gets to your driveway sooner after the snow stops.

Seasonal driveway plans start at $650 for the whole season, November 15 to April 15. We come out once 5 cm has fallen and usually have you cleared within about 6 hours after the snow stops. One price covers the season, with no per-storm extras.

What a seasonal snow contract covers

    • Driveway cleared after every snowfall, plowed or shovelled depending on the width and what is parked on it.
    • Walkway and front steps cleared so the path to your door is safe for family, visitors and deliveries.
    • Salting on request. Want the driveway and paths salted too? We add it whenever you ask, billed per application, so melt water does not turn into a sheet of ice overnight.
    • We come out once 5 cm has fallen and your driveway is usually cleared within about 6 hours after the snow stops. You are not waiting for a call back or moving your car to the street.
    • Licensed and insured, 12 years in the GTA. ISR Gardening Inc. is a fully licensed and insured snow removal company running four plow trucks of our own.

Why homeowners book before the first snow

The first big storm of the season is when everybody phones at once, and by then the routes are full. Booking in the fall puts your address on the list, so on the first snowy morning the driveway is already done when you look out the window. It also means no 6 AM shovelling before work, no ticket for leaving the car on the street while you dig out, and no slip on the front steps.

    Our residential snow route

We take homes on the streets between Dufferin Street and Yonge Street, north of Sheppard Avenue and south of Highway 407. Neighbourhoods on the route include:

    • Thornhill, both the Vaughan and Markham sides of Yonge north of Steeles
    • Concord, around Dufferin and Centre Street
    • Bathurst Manor and Westminster-Branson, between Steeles and Sheppard
    • The streets around Promenade, Centre Street and Clark Avenue

If your home is just outside these lines, call anyway. If the address fits the route we will take it.

    How it works

    1. You call 416-831-7076 or send the form with your address and a photo of the driveway if you have one.
    2. We confirm the address is on the route and send you the seasonal quote.
    3. You say yes, and from the first snowfall the crew clears your driveway, walkway and steps every time 5 cm or more falls, and salts too if you have asked for it.

Snow removal is one of our year-round services

ISR Gardening Inc. is the same crew that installs sod and looks after lawns across Thornhill, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Toronto and the surrounding GTA. In winter we clear snow on the same streets. See our snow removal services page for the full list of what we do in winter, or our seasonal services for spring and fall cleanups.
